Our rates are based on Double Occupancy, and our rates are subject to change without notice. We do require 72 hours notice in the event that you have to cancel your reservation. All rooms are Non-Smoking.
- Rates from $109 to $239 based on room style, location, and season.
- A one night's room deposit will be charged at the time of booking to secure a reservation.
- Cancellations made prior to 3 days of arrival will have the deposit refunded less a $20 processing fee. Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.
- Our rates include a continental breakfast on weekdays and a hot breakfast on weekend days, parking, afternoon tea, cheese, crackers and sherry.
- Rates are based on single or double occupancy.
- Room rates posted are subject to availability and may change without notice.
- The tax rate is 13.5%.
- Extra person charge is $20 per night plus tax per person.
- Check-in is between 3:00 and 8:00 p.m. Please let us know if you plan to arrive later and arrangements will be made. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Should guests arrive early, they are welcome to use our parking facilities and explore the city until check-in.
- All rooms are smoke-free. Smoking is allowed outside and on the back porch.
- No childcare is provided.
