Luxurious comforts await you in each of the fourteen rooms. Features include remote controlled televisions, fans hanging from the ten foot ceilings, as well as bedside gas-log fireplaces, built-in dry bars and whirlpool baths. Unusual furnishings and antiques, such as hand carved rice beds, an 1840 burled walnut Victorian canopy bed, and an inlaid mother- of-pearl bed adorn each of "les chambres" Each morning you will be greeted with a silver-trayed complimentary continental breakfast, complete with morning paper and fresh flowers in the privacy of your room or in the courtyard. The day is now yours for businessor or pleasure. After your jaunt out in Charleston, a treat of afternoon tea or sherry, compliments of the Inn, is served on the back porch or near the tiered fountain in the garden. Once your evening in historic Charleston has come to a close, you return to your intimate accommodations to find the bedcovers neatly folded down and a tantalizing piece of chocolate confection to tempt your tastebuds ~ just our way of saying sweet dreams.
