Policies-Terms and Conditions:
- Reservations: A one night’s room deposit charged at the time of booking secures a reservation. Cancellations made prior to 3 days of arrival will have the deposit refunded less a $20 processing fee. Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.
- Rates: Include a continental breakfast, parking, afternoon tea, biscuits and sherry. Rates are based on single or double occupancy. The tax rate is 12.5%. Extra person charge is $20 per night plus tax. Room rates posted are subject to availability and may change without notice.
- Check-in is between 3:00 and 8:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and between 3:00 and 10:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Please let us know if you plan to arrive later and arrangements will be made. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. Should guests arrive early, they are welcome to use our parking facilities and explore the city until check-in.
- No minimum stay required.
- All rooms are smoke-free. Smoking is allowed outside and on the back porch.
- No childcare is provided.
